If you’re wondering what’s new at this year’s Great New York State Fair, check out the list of new food vendors and what they will be serving. Many of them are local restauranteurs such as Baja Cali Taco, Boom Boom Mex Mex, Mamacita’s, Funk ‘n Waffles, Blueberries & Lace and many more.
New York State Fair Director Julie LaFave said they are bringing back Tasty Tuesday on Sept. 1 when vendors can serve samples from between $3 and $5.
“We have more participating this year than ever before. We have a page on our website where you can see pictures submitted of what the Tasty Tuesday samples will be,” LaFave said.
Many of the new vendors are participating in Tasty Tuesday. Their samples can be found on the fair’s website.

Baja Cali Taco – Tacos, burritos, nachos and quesadillas
Boom Boom Mex Mex Taqueria and Cantina – Super loaded nachos, taco salads
Blueberries & Lace – Coffee, cold brew, lattes, mocha, matcha, teas and light pastries
Brody’s Mac & Cheese – Scratch made mac & cheese served plain or topped with popcorn chicken and various sauces
Churro Co. – Churro sticks and bowls
Humpty’s Dumplings – Cheesesteak and Asian pork dumplings
Cuddle crepes – French style crepes
Dude’s donuts – Apple cider donuts, raised sugar donut, various pie donuts
East Hill Creamery – Artisan cheese, gruyere and raclette style
