Next time you visit a Costco food court, you may see a familiar item back on the menu.
Costco has officially confirmed that their food courts will be bringing back the fan-favorite twisted churro dessert item for a limited time. After a cryptic Sept. 16 social media post teased the return of a menu item, the Kirkland-based wholesaler confirmed on Sept. 18 that churros would be returning to menus at locations across the United States.
The return of the churro comes after a number of other food court changes. Earlier this year, Costco added chicken tenders to the menu and introduced a new Caramel Churro Sundae. They also switched from Pepsi to Coca-Cola found drink products in 2025.

When will the churro be available at Costco?
Costco posted on social media Sept. 18 that “exact launch dates vary” for the churro’s return to American food courts. Keep an eye on your local warehouse for more info around when exactly the dessert will be making a comeback.
How much does the churro cost?
Before being removed from Costco food court menus in 2024, the churro cost $1.49 according to USA Today. A cost for the limited-time return of the churro this year has not yet been announced.
