ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester Museum and Science Center introduced a new traveling exhibit called “Super Human — Power of Technology” on Thursday.
The exhibit highlights medical technologies that expand human capabilities. Visitors can interact with features including an infrared scanner, a speed test and a robotic-assisted weight lifting station.

“Every one of these technologies was developed by someone who was once a kid that said, ‘I wonder how that’s going to work. I wonder if I could do that?’ And they did,” Calvin Uzelmeier, vice president of programs and exhibits at RMSC, said.
“So as you’re exploring this, how can you be that next superhuman that develops the next technology that supports humanity?” Uzelmeier said.
The exhibit opens to members Thursday night and to the public on Friday.
