He took a job at a hospital undergoing a billing system implementation.
“My two work streams crossed and I wound up in the healthcare industry,” he reflects. “That was in 1984.”
Since then, Jeff has worked exclusively in health systems, including as a Partner at EY and a Managing Director at Deloitte – both Big Four professional services firms.
He joined Rush in 2021, following what he describes as a pivotal, pandemic-driven moment of reflection.
“I was ready to be part of a team – watching it grow, developing it, taking on new challenges,” continues Jeff.
“Ultimately, consulting is not as rewarding as putting down roots and seeing something grow.”
