BOSTON (WGGB/WSHM) – A Pittsfield pharmacist is facing more than two decades in prison and more than a million in fines after he admitted to stealing ADHD medication from a national pharmacy chain.
30-year-old Joshua Bradley of Pittsfield pleaded guilty in Boston Federal Court to five counts of diverting Adderall from a national chain.
While working as a licensed pharmacist, Bradley used prescription generic Adderall, meant for customers, on 4 occasions, in August, September, and November of 2024. He also diverted Adderall itself on November 10th of that year.
Bradley faces up to 4 years in prison and a $250,000 fine on each count. Sentencing is set for December.
